Away with the Birds
Devilbend Natural Features Reserve is a haven for birds and includes the largest inland water body on the Mornington Peninsula. Learn how to identify different birds and how to use binoculars to help you discover which birds call Devilbend home.
Please bring water, sunscreen, insect repellent and wear enclosed shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather.
Directions: Meet at the picnic shelter closest to the park entrance. Look for the Parks Victoria car.
All Junior Ranger activities are suitable for children age 6-12 years, who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 18 years or over. Activities may be rescheduled, changed or cancelled due to adverse weather or for emergency response.
All Junior Ranger activities are managed in alignment with the Victorian government guidelines for coronavirus (COVID-19). Due to current outdoor group restrictions, it is essential that a maximum of one accompanying adult per child is permitted during each Junior Ranger activity. In the interest of public safety, if you or your child are unwell please cancel your booking and do not attend the activity on the day.
