Junior Ranger World Oceans Day Beach Clean-up

Join Parks Victoria for World Oceans Day! Learn about the impacts of marine pollution. Rangers will show participants how to do a litter survey with all data to be contributed to the Australian Marine Debris initiative (AMDI).

The local families, friends and individuals are invited to clean up and help look after our shared resource, Patterson River and Port Phillip Bay.

This activity is suitable for children aged over 6, who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over.

Bring drinking water, wear sturdy footwear (no thongs), a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent and clothing appropriate for the weather.

Activities may be cancelled during extreme weather events.
