Nature Navigators

Become a Nature Navigator by learning the secrets of Lysterfield Park. Tune your senses to discover who is hiding out of sight, and use clues to find out who was in the park while no one was looking. Learn all how plants and animals are all intertwined, relying on each other for survival!

This activity is suitable for children aged 6-12, who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over.

Please bring drinking water, a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, wear enclosed shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather.

Toilet and picnic facilities are available, including free BBQs.

Directions: meet at the ‘Information Point’ below the Lysterfield Visitors Centre carpark.

The activity may be rescheduled, changed or cancelled due to adverse weather or due to emergency response.

Please note that for participant safety we are running all of our Junior Ranger activities in strict accordance with Department of Health guidelines.
